| Farm History:
We've been in the cattle business for 27 years. Our herd today consists
of 200 Salers purebred/full blood cows and calves plus 800 head of
feed lot animals. All of our unsold Salers are finished out with the
rest of our feedlot animals. |
| Breeding
Goals: We place emphasis on carcass and show ring performance.
Our bulls are bred into muscle and frame for the commercial breeders.
We want offspring from our breed stock to have superior performance
in the feedlot. The replacement cattle chosen for our herd are evaluated
under high standards. |
| Nutrition
Program: Bulls, cows and heifers are fed barley triticale silage
and barley grain balanced rations plus supplements and minerals. |
