Terms: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable at par at sale location on sale day unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made prior to the sale. The right of property shall not pass until after complete settlement is made.
Insurance: Each lot becomes property of the buyers as soon as sold. A livestock insurance agent will be available on sale day. We strongly suggest insurance for any sale bull.
Liability: All persons attending the sale do so at their own risk. The seller, employees and sales staff accept no responsibility for any accidents.
Errors: All announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the sale catalogue or on this site.
Guarantee: This sale is sold under the standard guarantee and code of ethics set forth by the Canadian Simmental Association.
All Bulls carry the customary Woodsong 6 month guarantee.
The Sale Cattle may be viewed at the farm any time prior to the sale.
Health: All bulls are guaranteed exportable.
NOTE: All scrotal measurements and sale weights will be posted on sale day as well as EPDs. All bulls will be semen tested with the results on the supplement sheet.
Delivery: Woodsong will handle delivery (if needed) of your bull purchase.
A minimum of $35/head delivery with a maximum of $0.15/mile will be charged for freight. Bulls can be left at the farm until you need them at $2.00 per day after April 1, 2001.
